IS THE PURE BEAUTY

I am extremely lucky since in Sicily nature is generous and there are ancient and melted traditions. I follow the nature and its rhythms, enjoying its fruits and performing the holy task of gathering its essence and keep it to offer to my guests. The result of my everyday work is a synthesis of the sea and the land, which is essential definition of the island: it would be unfair to separate what nature lets us experience together, in a perfect balance.
