While discovering the pleasure of food, man could not help discovering also the pleasure of wine. I am passionate about sharing endless chances to match my dishes with great small bottles.
I love independent farmers, craftsman like me, who are passionate and respectful for what nature offers us. And wine is no doubt one of the ways man has tried to grasp the essence of nature and store it, to enjoy its taste.
As each one of these independent farmers does it in his own way, so I like seeing my winery as the book of my favourite tales about people, seasons and lands: inside, you will find wines coming from each part of Europe and, above all, coming from the Sicilian area. That’s why I often have the privilege to meet personally the producers and discuss with them the best way to offer my guests their wines.
